Susan G. Komen Memphis-MidSouth has given over 3,000,000 to breast cancer

Specific research, no one else does that.

Susan G. Komen Memphis-MidSouth is the only race/walk to give grants to health care providers

And hospitals specifically for screening, mammograms and treatment.

Susan G. Komen Memphis-MidSouth has provided over 10,500,000 to area doctors, hospitals, education programs and support groups since 1993.


Mammograms are the best tool for early detection.

Susan G. Komen Memphis-MidSouth is a locally incorporated and independently governed nonprofit with affiliation to Susan G. Komen, a nonprofit that funds breast cancer research.

We focus on funding breast health and care, support and education for the MidSouth and funding breast cancer research.

We have local board of directors, staff of 3, Grant committee, Race committee, Rock the Ribbon Committee, Survivor Luncheon, and hundreds of volunteers.

All working together to raise the much needed funds to grant to our local doctors and hospitals to save lives here at home.


There are many good people fighting cancer.

Susan G. Komen Memphis-MidSouth is fighting Breast cancer.

For every dollar raised,

25% goes to breast cancer research and 75% stays here in the MidSouth We have directed over 83% of all income last year to grant, mission and research.

No one else decides who receives these funds, not our Board of Directors, not Susan G. Komen, not other Affiliates. Totally independent ant totally committed to what is the best for Memphis and Mid-South.
